About Peter Colbert

Peter Colbert, and WCCG, is in the top 1% of agents in sales per year selling well over $300 million dollars’ worth of Wine Country properties over the past three years. His areas of expertise surround Healdsburg, Glen Ellen, Sonoma, St Helena, Calistoga, Sonoma Coast, Sebastopol, Occidental, Napa, Petaluma and his hometown of Santa Rosa. 

 

Peter’s extensive experience results in a comprehensive understanding of challenging projects such as wineries, second home projects and remodels, pool and patio installations and raw land purchases where water and septic issues need detailed understanding from someone who has seen it all.

 

With a large network of professionals, Peter can make the most complicated transaction seamless. Peter has lived in the Wine Country for more than 25 years and grew up in Lafayette when the East Bay was better known for acres of almond groves rather than housing developments, Peter has always been interested in how agriculture relates to good, healthy living.

 

After college in New England, the strong ties that came with being near Boston and NYC have continued, with clients and friends on both coasts. A home in Boston keeps Peter bicoastal and enables him to keep a close watch on the national market where trends can sometimes be very different.

 

Peter enjoys golfing and running and can also be found in the numerous fantastic wineries and restaurants in the North Bay. Deeply involved in the community, Peter supports Corazon in Healdsburg, the Food Pantry and numerous organizations that deal with the less served population of Wine County. He also has served countless hours as an advocate and coach for youth education and sports.
