    Starting her real estate career in 2007, Tesa has advanced across the industry, from serving buyers and sellers as a REALTOR®, with a specialty in complex equestrian and country estates, to helping launch a local brokerage and later managing a large Northern California territory for Compass – building systems and processes that make complex transactions feel simple and prioritizing targeted strategy for every client. Her corporate real estate experience spans brand strategy, budgeting, campaign execution, collateral design, operations, and team leadership. Curated and measurable marketing with data driven results have been a focal point of her career. As Compass’ Associate Marketing & Operations Manager for Wine Country, Sacramento, Reno and Tahoe she oversaw the marketing and agent operations teams for the geography and consulted with the area’s top-producing agents on go‑to‑market strategy and platform best practices – expertise she now brings directly to her clients.
